I conduct workshops and seminars for a wide range of organizations ranging from companies and learning centers to non-profit organizations that are interested in bringing mindfulness and wellness programmes to their workspaces. Some of my top projects include doing wellness talks for Salesforce (American cloud computing company ranked by Forbes as the World’s Most Innovative Company for 5 consecutive years) at their Success Business Seminars in both Hong Kong and Singapore, conducting motivational talks for the National Library Board, Nanyang Girl’s High School and doing mindfulness training for the teaching staff and social workers of the Boy’s Town Vocational Institute in Singapore. I have also had the honour of working with Luxasia, Asia’s Beauty Omni Leader where I did a wellness programme at its latest Be Your Own Beautiful popup store at Suntec City Mall,Singapore. Luxasia is known for bringing the best global luxury brands to Asia and its portfolio includes Burberry, Bvlgari, Dior, Diptyque, Ferragamo, Hermes, La Prairie and Prada.

There is a growing body of research that indicates the big difference conscious living makes in enhancing the wellbeing, productivity and creativity of individuals. Google and other companies in the Silicon Valley as well as a slew of other corporations including Procter & Gamble, McKinsey & Company, Nike and Yahoo are receptive to mindfulness because they believe in being at the vanguard of change and innovation. Read what Chade-Meng Tan, Google's Jolly Good Fellow on meditation, acceptance and the power of positive business has to say about this here.

The topic of personal development fascinates me to no end and it has been a real pleasure to be able to share this message of change on various platforms. If you would like me to present on wellness at your company, school or event, do send your enquiries to

Mind Your Art Programme

Works of art such as paintings or sculpture are often considered to be the expression and application of human skill and imagination that are appreciated for their aesthetic beauty. But the power and benefits of art goes far beyond the physical art piece that is produced as the process of producing art can be used as a transformational platform to foster a state of mindfulness that can help us to access deep emotions, passions and goals that are buried in our subconscious in the midst of the hustle and bustle of hectic living. The Mind Your Art workshop aims to make the transformational potential of art accessible to people regardless of whether they are professionally trained artists with the believe that every person is born with a creative impulse that is waiting to find expression.

Mind Your Art is a collaborative effort led by Transformational Life Coach and Author Serene Martin and Jessie Chandran, Artist and Art Instructor who has worked with hundreds of individuals of different age groups.
